Keeping Cozy ( + Chandrah Collab )

With the holidays surrounding us at every turn and the cold weather simultaneously casting a frigid layer of frost over my once-green lawn, it's been a time of transition! Transitions definitely requires extra love and effort to remain calm and balanced despite the changes surrounding you. To me, this means I'll take any help I can get: warming and cooling foods in balance, plenty of fresh air from indoor plants, snuggles with my animals (and husband!), and the age-old remedies of nature.

Stones and crystals have had so much buzz over the past few years, and with good reason! They've been believed for centuries to help with things from teething all the way to helping attract fortune and fame! Regardless, I always love carrying tokens of nature's beauty with me, and they always complete outfits!

That's why I was so grateful to find the lovely Chandrah Diwa Bracelet through ShoppingLinks to match my style and center my lifestyle!

Howlite– is a stone of awareness. It can prepare the user or wearer to receive wisdom and attunement from the Higher Self and the Divine. It is a wonder stone for calming upset states of mind and emotion. Howlite decreases an overly critical state of mind, selfishness, stress, and anxiety, bringing calm and relaxation.

Especially loving that this bracelet matches my new h a i r ! I figured I would be saving myself time and money by going bolder this time around and enjoying as it f a d e s .

Another key to staying cozy is lots and lots of coffee. Today, I couldn't resist a beautiful almond milk cappucino!
